He is energetic and excited about his work, demands quality in the homes he builds, and made sure we were satisfied in every area of the building process. You communicate directly with David throughout the entire process, not as a sales representative. And any concerns we had, he was on top of immediately. Building a custom home can be a frustrating experience if you don’t have a good working relationship with your builder. I feel blessed to have found David. He not only builds a quality home, but makes the process enjoyable for the homeowner. I did extensive research before making my final decision to build with David and I know first hand the standard features he includes that are ‘extra’ with other companies. Those ‘extras’ add up and can be an unpleasant surprise after you are committed. David also has been more than accessible after the sale for any concerns I might have - which have been negligible. I have recommended David to friends, not something I would do unless I was deeply impressed with his workmanship and professionalism.
